Our goal at Big Leagues Academy is to teach sports skills intensively and positively so that each player progresses towards their goals.  In addition we want young players to experience the level of dedication necessary to rise to the top of a sport, we want them to develop as athletes and as people.  Our teams travel the Mid-Atlantic region facing the toughest competition at some of the finest facilities in the country.  They get to train in our 35,000 sq ft facility with access to all our training tools, Academy Instructors and more.  As players mature and move up they enter into our College Bound Program which has a great reputation of helping kids further their baseball career at the next level. Achieving this, however, requires that players and parents understand and share our purpose.

• Teach the fundamentals of baseball in a safe and enriching enviroment
• Establish and Maintain high expectations both on the field and in the classroom.
• Treat each player as an individual and with respect 
• Teach life lessons used in sport and school and home
